I purchased something and it was significantly smaller than claimed and not worth a fraction of what I paid. It came with a customer service email promising to help with 24 hours. I contacted them for a full refund and haven't heard back.

The items were a Christmas display of the manger scene. It was made of a very cheap material. The pictures appeared that the scene would be about 5' tall. It came in a very small flat box and the scene is about 1' tall.
