I bought a photo plaque for my mom almost 2 months ago for Christmas. It all looked legit but on the sight is said 5-7 days for anything to ship out. Well a month later I’m trying to see where it is. Nothing. I email them and get nothing In response. I then proceed to spam them with emails almost daily and I get the same email every single time “it’s in processing and will take 5-7 days” I haven’t received anything. I can’t get a refund. I’m honestly really pissed off. Do not buy anything off of this sight

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I purchased a craft kit from this company. The picture and name of the product on the website was identical to the name and photo of the original company, which was sold out of the product. The pricing was similar to the original company as well. The only thing that was off is that it said “quick shipping” and not an expected time for shipping. After one week, I reached out about when it would be shipped and never received a response. About one week later, I got my shipping information. It took another couple of weeks to arrive, but as it was coming from China, it wasn’t too surprising. Finally, the package arrived, but it was not what I expected. I received a stuffed box that had yarn, stuffing, and a crochet hook, not the learn to crochet kit with easy to learn yarn that I had come to expect from this company. There wasn’t even a pattern included. After many e-mail exchanges where I had to spell everything out each time and repeat myself many times, they sent me a picture of a QR code that I could scan with the pattern (for one of the two products in the kit). After a few more email exchanges, I was told that they could only process my return if I sent back the package, which was going to cost another $30. They very clearly sent a package of cheap product to try to mimic a popular product to make money and made me jump through many hoops to even get an address to return the product. I did not end up mailing the package back as after all I went through, I am not convinced that I will get my refund and did not want to be more in debt with this product.
