They have an ad in Uclasificados online offering [censored]zu puppies in San Juan metro area. They are not in PR. Their price was 480 when puppy was delivered. Then they asked for the money ahead of shipping by way of Wester Union drafts. Supposedly Koggshipping was going to deliver the following day but instead they kept asking for more money. They have requested money 6 times for close to $3,000 and a month and a half later no puppy has been received. Now they say the company won’t ship because I didn’t pay the last $410.00 requested from us
