Rebegown is a scam. Reviews are fake

Ordered a gown from Rebegown. What we received is like a Halloween costume. Dirty, haphazardly placed cheap lace that is cut horribly. The dress Looks nothing like the website picture and they also sent the wrong color. They will not refund our money. Charging us $100 to send it back even though website says you can return if the dress isn't what you ordered. The good reviews must be fake and all the pictures cannot be real. Run from this place!

I am trying to report a site called www.rebegown.com (Japan). The site took our money for a wedding dress and has no way to reach them. It tells you if you'd like to cancel to do it within 24 hours and we tried to cancel but they have no cancel button. You are told to contact them but all they have is an email and they only respond at 2 in the morning, US time. The site will not refund us and is only responding days later, which surpasses the 24 hour cancelation time frame.
