I found an unusual designer bag and put it in my cart. It seemed to be missing a strap, so I searched the site, and found no evidence of one. I asked customer service and they didn’t respond. (They responded to all of my other questions.) so I went directly to the actual designer’s website, and found nothing. So I opened a chat on the official site and sent them a photo. They evidently have nothing like the item in question. REBAG used parts of the names given to the designer brand’s real items.
