I was emailed a survey about my recent experience at Kohls, which is interesting because I didn't make any purchase at Kohls only went in the store a couple times to look around. In the email survey I was offered free ear pods as a "gift" if I just paid shipping. When you click through they keep adding items to your cart that cost money, and you can't click through without adding them to your cart even if it doesn't seem obvious that you're going to have to purchase them. They don't give you a chance to review your order and before you know it you've bought several items that they're charging you for. I requested a refund and they will only offer partial refund due to shipping and want their items back.
