Received a phone call from a company wishing to purchase our time share membership located in Mexico. Offered an initial amount of money which I declined. A second offer was made. I explained that I had an offer from another company which was more and then a third offer was made. Company sought permission to set up a trust in a bank in Mexico to cover closing costs, permit and balance due to timeshare. Sent contract to be signed along with the payment promised to the bank. Company is urging us to act quickly because investor is anxious to close the deal. We have not signed the contract nor paid the money.
