I took this picture of realty store using my house in a fake ad listed on realto.com. My house is not even for sale. This ad popped up over top of another ad really quick. This has happened to me twice. I did not fall for it.

They offer a trial membership for one dollar. Then they charge you $49 a month. After many attempts to cancel with emails and calls they are continuing to bill me. I talked to someone else today and the gentleman did find my account this time but has to send a voucher form for a refund. This is such a scam. If it was not a scam they could automatically refund my money and apologize that I was billed incorrectly. There was no apology and no attempt to make it correct.

I sold my house in May 2017 to a company that are building a scrap yard. The scrap yard has tore down and removed my old house from the property to build what they need. I found later 6 months later on line realty.com is trying to sell my house and is saying false statements about my old home. This home was tore down on Sept. 21 , 2017 . The false statements and having no home there is fraud !
