I got a call from a man introduces himself as Eric Waters from Realty Corp. in Pittsburg PA. His company is buying timeshare from Cancun specially for Sunset Royal. He sounds like he use to work for Sunset Royal because he knows the neat gritty of the policy of your timeshare. At the first conversation, I kind a know that it wasn't a legit person and a fake company. A person with an Irish last name with a heavy Mexican accent and a cheaply designed company logo. He asked for my email address so he can send me proposal/offer.

He sent me his company name, again, the company uses a www.net. How could a company that is buying hundreds of timeshares cannot afford to buy a www.com domain hosting name? I googled the company right away. There is a company that is Realty Corp. with same address, very nice web designed, different corporate logo from the logo that Mr. Eric guy's realty Corp version of company. As I continue my research, I came across with this website (scampulse.com). I read one complain that is exactly the same story/script that this Eric Waters is trying to use to entice me to sell my timeshare. As I am wring this report/ warning, Eric waters kept on calling and emailing me. I am going to block his number and email soon.

Warning to all Sunset Royal timeshare, this make shift company ( Realty Corp) will not buy your timeshare, if you are trying to get rid of your timeshare. they will reap you off as we were reap off when we bought our timeshares. : )

If you happen to give your celfone numbers or email add when you were in Cancun, that must be the info that this scammers are using to contact you.

Caller from a realty company saying they're interested in buying our house because they've sold a lot of homes recently in my area.
