Made purchase online and at end of purchase no invoice given. Immediately billed my credit card, shown transaction on banking page as Beijing China. On webpage on contact page there was a place to emaik them. I did so asking for proof of purchase, an invoice but two months have passed and no invoice received. Tried multiple times over several weeks via email to get receipt but nothing. Opened a dispute with my bank and the bank in China has never responded nor the realmart online company.
