Tried to rush advanced payment of monthly rental

Attached are the paper works, both the rental application form and the agreement form for you to go through it and fill it out then send it back to me so we can proceed with the quotation and the initial deposit to the private owner of the property for the booking and reservation of the apartment, because I have quite a number of interested clients who are asking of the unit, but I'm leasing out the unit to the most serious and first to deposit to secure the unit. Apart from the monthly rent of $2995, you are to make a deposit of the security fee of $1000 which is refundable on your departure day and also cleaning and utilities fee of $200 making a total of $4,195 you are to deposit. Please fill the paper works and send back to me so I can forward the account details of the private owner and you can make the payment of the initial deposit. Once your payment is confirmed, your rental receipt will be issued and sent to you confirming your reservation.
