i was about to order from them out of desperation their propane tank top heater.i sent 2 email contact us texts to them ,no one replied.i tried calling them, no answer but a machine to leave a message.i just found this page out of curiosity by just googleing it.awesome! i'm glad i stumbled on this last minute cause i'm always in a rush and get impatient when i search for things that i need to know before i buy it for days on end,looking ,waiting for a reply.i then impulse buy when i can't take it anymore and sometimes end up sorry that i did...thank you for the help.

I ordered a propane heater on Jan. 3 through PayPal with my amex. Payment was taken from my account on Jan. 4. My order is still "on hold" waiting for payment to process. I've called / left voice mails and sent emails. It's been 14 days so far abd no reply... I wish I had seen this website before!

On April 2020 I order a Cuisinart Toaster .A email was sent processing and will be delivered in 3 to 15 days .Its December 2020.I haven't received the product.

I called the Customer service number for realhometools, 605-777-1047, 12/01/20. The person answering identified himself as a service provider. I told him that the Germ Guardian Pluggable air purifier and sanitizer I ordered hadn't been delivered to me. He told me that he was not going to send it.

I told that I was able to get in touch with PayPal with this issue. Then, he rudely hung up the phone.

. Shipping expected within 3-15 business days. It's now 11/25/20 , and I haven't received my order.

Realhometools.com has no customer service to help with problems and questions.

Hoang Son Le, didn't leave a functioning email ID.

I didn't create an account with PayPal, which will not accept my password when I try to make contact.

Someone needs to step forward with some honest information.

Ordered a Germ Guardian Pluggable air purifier and sanitizer, SKU B000G2BESO from realhometools.com 10/28/20. PayPal made a payment from my Visa card to Hoang Son Le. Their shipping is 3 to 15 business days. Delivery was expected on 11/20/20. There's no customer service and no contact can be made with the merchant. I've tried repeatedly.

Ordered a Propane heater as well. The tracking info they sent me said it was delivered so it may be a USPS issue, because I was home at the time they said the delivery happened. But I can not get a response from Real Home Tools at all, for any help and figuring out what happened.

On Nov 2, 2020, I placed 2 orders for George Forman grills. They are marked ‘On hold’ . I received 2 PayPal confirmations to Hoang Son Le ([email protected]). I have called RHT twice and left VMs, and sent one email. No reply. I am about to contact PayPal for refunds. Definitely something is not right.

I ordered a Cuisinart Griddler on 4/29/20 because it came up on Google search as best deal. I paid with PayPal. Immediately I noticed the payment to Vu Trong. I went back on the site to cancel. It says I have an account with them, but won't let me access. No way to contact them by phone. I emailed them to cancel immediately. I only received an email the next day stating they received my order and it is being processed. I started a refund process through PayPal and it stated it can take a month to resolve. I have since emailed the company 2 more times that I want a refund and in day or 2 I get the same message back stating they have received my order and it is being processed.

ordered a Cuisinart Waffle Maker online on April 14...after confiming my order and confirming that he got paid...no merchandise, no response...complete scam...wish I knew where they were located...I would contact police in that town to let them know that Vu Trong is running a fraud scheme out of his house...anybody know the address?

I ordered a Cuisinart TOA-60 air fryer from this site for $112, a great price. I received an email from them confirming my order, confirming my payment via PayPal.

Nearly a week went by without any additional contact from them. I had been emailing them for a few days asking about shipping and delivery dates, but received no response.

Finally I warned that if I received no response by the end of the day I would elevate my concerns to PayPal. As you might have guessed, no response.

I contacted PayPal to express my concerns, but stated I still wished to have the product. I looked at RHD’s website and saw the item was out of stock.

The next day I get emails from PayPal saying my payment has been refunded.

Out of curiosity, I then went to RHD’s website and looked up the product. Gee... the product is now in stock for $152, which is $40 Or 36% more than I paid, and more in line with the price offered by other sellers.

I believe the seller realized that he underpriced the product and figured he could sell it at a higher price, so he ignored me and effectively backed out of the sale.

What a lousy and unethical way to do business! Please tell everyone you know about the way Real Home Deals does business.

I saw a Coleman steel cooler for around $64 and decided to order it the only thing is that before I order I always make sure to see if there's any contact numbers and this website did not have any just an email well now I have ordered on some websites that don't have no phone numbers but the people are legit and will email me back but this website whatever you do do not order anything you will get scam. I lost $64 when I ordered a Coleman steel cooler it showed up Paypal, when I was done making the payment. I receive an email of PayPal showing at that will be my receipt I emailed. The people from real home tools about when would they shipped my item even though it says 1 to 15 days I have not gotten a response for over a week not one reply. I know that I got scam so I hope that you all y'all won't do the same as state what I did please be more cautious if you do not see no phone numbers emailed them if they to email you. Then you be the judge of that you do not want to get robbed especially for the ones that work hard for the money these peoples are nothing but lowlifes and it really gets me mad that people will go and be this low. Please stay away from real home tools. Like they say it's too good to be true

on 2/1/20 I Ordered a Kitchen Aid mixer for approx $120. (nice price) The site stated that it would take up to 15 business days for the order to be received. It is now over one month since I placed the order. Only communication from this seller is one order confirmation email on the day of purchase that said my order would be 'on hold' until my payment had processed, this seemed odd as the payment was through PayPal, so I knew right then something was wrong. They received my PayPal payment (confirmed by Paypal and my bank account on the same purchase day) and it has been 8 weeks and still no mixer. Attempted to contact the seller several times but there has been no email response at all and the Phone # on the website rings a few times and then hangs up. I have now escalated this through PayPal complaints. This is a total scam site. If the price is too good to be true it probably is..... buyer beware.
