Beware!!

I applied to this job via indeed in July 6th. The job title was to be a business representative and the job name said Brej estate LLC. A few days after applying, I got an email from the company stating that they want to interview me, and they included a link to their website. Now the name is Real estate Haalim group. I didn’t pay much attention to the name change, but I did do research. I saw that they had all 5 star reviews on Google, and trustpilot, and they have a office location and listed there on the Google directory. I confirmed the interview, and on Monday they called at 12 to interview me. The next day, I received an email stating that I was hired. They gave me a unique login to log into the website and upload job documents and my profile. I had to submit the front and back of my ID, a photo with my ID, and my w9 form as well as sign client confidentiality contracts. It all seemed normal, until hours kept going by and I wasn’t getting any more emails from the security department. I began to get really worried and decided to do intensive research. I called the office park in which they said they’re located, the business does not exist, nor has it ever. I looked up the LLC filing number that they have in their website, it’s fake and does not exist. It also contains spelling errors and incorrect information. I went deep into the positive reviews, and they are all fake reviews. I looked up Brej Estate LLC and it’s a business owned by Breonna Johnson, but there is no other info about it other that what is on the LLC filing website. I believe what they are doing is creating LLCs using the IDs and socials people upload to create job postings and to continue steal information. I also believe they use our ID to make fake reviews on trustpilot. I have written a bad review in every place that I can find, froze my credit accounts, and reported them to government organizations.

This company is fraudulent and will steal your information!! Everyone beware!! All of these 5 star reviews are FAKE, and trustpilot needs to review them!! I got “hired” with this company through indeed and submitted my ID, and W9 and haven’t heard anything back from them, even after trying to contact them. I began to get really worried and did intensive research. Upon my research I found that all the reviewers have reviewed other real estate companies that are the exact same as Haalim, but just a different name. I also called the location in which it is supposedly located, and the property manager stated that that business has never existed and does not exist at all in Laurel office park. I now have a freeze on all of my accounts, and I will be reaching out to new stations that I work with to get the word out.
