Claims he is James Carter and he asked for money to be sent to Margaritta Reyes in Rockfort, Tx and that was his merging banker. The fee of $650 dollars was to be reimbursed after the check of 2.5 million dollars and a car were received. He'll give a claim number and badge number and check number to make everything sound legit. He assumed I was an elderly lady.
