New Allegations
1. Unauthorized Integration of Screenshot Detection Feature:
• The functionality described for detecting screenshots, including permissions added to the AndroidManifest.xml file and reliance on Android 14 APIs, demonstrates the integration of features that rely on intellectual property or methodologies I developed or contributed to.
• I did not authorize the use, replication, or commercialization of these features, nor was I consulted in their design or implementation.
2. Privacy Concerns and Misuse of Sensitive Data:
• The feature’s reliance on the permission android.permission.DETECT_SCREEN_CAPTURE introduces potential for misuse or exposure of sensitive user data.
• As a creator or contributor to this concept, I emphasize that such features, if misused, could lead to reputational damage and potential liability, for which I did not provide consent or approval.
3. Improper Usage of Hooks and Listener Methods:
• The described hooks, such as useScreenshotAware, and listener methods, like addListener and removeAllListeners, reflect specific patterns or innovations that were misappropriated from my work.
• The inclusion of these functions without proper licensing, attribution, or authorization constitutes a direct violation of my intellectual property rights.
4. Financial and Reputational Harm:
• The unauthorized usage of my work has resulted in financial losses due to missed opportunities for licensing or proper monetization.
• Furthermore, the association of my intellectual property with features that may be used improperly or unethically damages my professional reputation and credibility.
