Wish.com recommends that I pick my orders up from this building near my house for cheaper shipping. I chose this option for 20 items that I cannot get a refund for or change the shipping to my address. Wish sent me a notification telling me that my item is available at said store for pick up on the 11th. I have tried to go to the store to get the item 4 different time's and nobody is ever at the building. The number you calls says that it is the right place but nobody ever answers. They are however recieving everyone's packages and someone has to be stealing them. Wish doesn't let you contact someone directly to tell about those problem and you can't get a refund until after your item has been delivered to the store.
