My mother answered the phone,so I only know what she told me. When she answered the phone the person on the other end said,"you are under federal investigation" she thought she heard this is the R.C.M.P. but she really did not give them a chance. She said "oh goody" and hung up on them. I am not sure if this is the number they were phoning from or not 778-383-9540 if they phone back I will try and get it before it disappears.
