I am personally helping a Brazilian student of mine who does not speak much English. She and other Brazilians in the area of Marlborough, MA have contacted this "tour agency" run by a Brazilian man. She purchased a $4,000 trip to Hawaii and the day before the trip he told her the flight was cancelled and could not reimburse her. Upon looking at the reviews on Google, I have seen that he has scammed many other people as well.
