I hope you're having a great day? I have been having quite a lot of challenging times while away. I have been busy planning events (fundraisers and charity balls). I am glad it has been a success however I have been unable to handle most of the Admin duties. As well as handling my latest clientele without an Assistant who recently resigned to advance her studies, this has left myself and my team really tight. Please bear with me for the delays, we are currently quite busy handling more clients than scheduled.

I have been in and out of meetings for the past weeks planning fundraising. I have been doing these all by myself. Due to COVID-19, we have lost a few admin staff and I have been working thrice harder.

Hi Rob,

In response to your email, I must say I am quite surprised by how you want transactions to be handled.

As I stated previously, I was expecting an interview or at some point speak with you, other than email. Even though I was a bit taken aback, I was willing to extend grace due to your schedule with traveling.

I was expecting a company account to use for your expenses.

Why would you need a “client“ to send me a check to deposit into my account, to pay for expenses? I am not comfortable co-mingling business and personal activities, so I will not be participating in that.

This whole situation has given me pause and as a result, I am no longer interested in this “position”.

I am also closely monitoring my accounts and credit bureau for any suspicious activity and have put them on alert, due to the “background check” information submitted.
