Calls daily trying to send air hoses & grinding disc at no cost on a trial basis, says if we are not happy with the product that we may send them back at no cost to us , that they will send a return shipping label. We accepted the hose in august-received an invoice the next day- the hose broke a week later. when they called back we told them about the hose breaking, the lady said she would send a replacement under warranty & just throw the damaged hose away. We did NOT throw it away-they called again a few days later,we told them to send a return label-they refused- woman on the phone was rude & refused to send a label. She said they don't pay for return shipping. We told her that we are not paying for the hose at reduced cost like she offered & we do not want the grinding discs because we didn't agree to try them in the first place. She was very rude & continued to escalate the situation & told me that i will either pay for the hoses & grinding discs or we will be sent to collections. Called again today 10-28-16 trying to send more "free" stuff like she's never dealt with us. I told her that we do not want them because they still haven't picked up the stuff that we have now so she gave me a return address but told me i have to pay shipping & asked for my fax # to send me a paper that explains the return process----the fax came in alright--it's a letter stating that i agreed to take more hoses WHICH I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT!! This company is nothing but a big SCAM!!
