We purchased a new mattress. During the sale the salesman stated they would deliver the new mattress and remove the old mattress. They delivered the old mattress and did not take away the old mattress as promised during the sales agreement. The deliver driver said they could not take away the old mattress because it has stains on it. (I have never seen an old mattress without stains on it). I insisted the old mattress be removed if not by them then by another company they can hire. Either way, they needed to take away the old mattress as agreed at the time of the sale. The delivery driver apologized for the deceptive practice of Raymour & Flanigan and started he could not do anything about it. I called the company and complained without any resolution. This is clearly deceptive and the delivery driver admitted to me that it is deceptive. I hope you can help me fix this unscrupulous practice by Raymour & Falnigan.
