My husband made a down payment of $4000.00 for the repair of our roof. The total repair payment upon completion was to be $6500. Mr. King purchased the tile and did not produce a receipt because he was going to use it on the roof. We are estimating that the tile cost a $1000. He left the tile in front our home for always two months. Mr. King responded once to our calls, saying that he would begin the repair soon, but never did. We hired another contracted after many attempts to no avail to have the repair completed by Mr. King. He never refunded approximately $3000. which could have been used for the second contractor.
