Purchased their product. Website said to call within 7 days for refund. Or email (empty email address) for questions and concerns. I didn’t notice that until after the purchase. I realized I typed the wrong zip code and there was absolutely no way to get a hold of them. I did further research and was able to email someone...his response was “I’m sorry but we sent the parcel to the address you provided..we are losing items by now.” I responded with the correct zip code and told them I either want my money back or the product sent to me. It has been a month and I never received anything.
