I signed up for a monthly subscription service through RawSpiceBar and only received one order. When I emailed them about the issue at first no one responded and then when they did they did they took really long and conveniently would skip over certain questions I had. To make up for the orders I never received they told me they’d send replacements; this must has gone on for weeks and every time they said they sent something nothing showed up and I never received any tracking information as they said they were unable to provide that. Finally after I threatened to report them an order arrived but I had to basically beg for tracking information. Recently the same problem is happening once again and it says they fulfilled my order but I haven’t received any tracking or shipping information and every time I’ve reached out they keep changing the day they said they are going to ship it out. I know I’m not the first person to have these issues with them and I can’t tell whether they are just extremely unorganized or if they are scammers but something doesn’t seem right and to keep have issues seems a bit odd. This is not how paying customers should be treated. I would never recommend this subscription service as it is horrible!
