Purchased the product and payment was made. Paid for express USPS delivery. One month later product still listed as 'order placed' on website's tracking page. Attempted to contact with no response. One month later contacted again to ask why product not shipped yet. No response. Two weeks later company cancelled order and did not issue refund. Now at 6 weeks still no refund, had to file dispute with credit card company. Checked online and there are many other people making similar complaints about this company.

I thought I was buying a custom T-shirt for a Christmas present - but never received it. Tried to contact them but never got a response as to the progress of my order. Tried to call them and the number listed was for a medical billing company.
