On November 22, 2020, I purchased a robotic vacuum after seeing an ad on Facebook and Instagram with an included video of the product. The product included multiple things, including a docking station for the vacuum, the robotic vacuum, mopping attachments, extra attachments for cleaning etc. I was really impressed. I didn't think much of it because I have purchased knock off products before that performed great. So I was able to use my Paypal. I received the product about a month after purchasing. I was so excited. The boxes came damaged, like someone kicked them around but the products looked okay. When I opened it, all that it contained were two little robotic vacuums, no attachments, no docking station, no gift or warranty information. I was very hurt and contacted them right away telling them I wanted to return them. They apologized and wanted to give me 10% off and not return them. I wanted a full refund. I went back and forth via email with them for more than a month and they stated they would not give me a refund but that if I wanted to send it back to them I would be responsible for shipping it back to CHINA not the warehouse it came from IN CALIFORNIA. I contacted Capital One, and they investigated. They took the ONE email from the merchant saying they would give me 10% back, and sided with them even though that is only $27.00!!! I am furious, hurt, and I don't want to keep these junky things, but ultimately Capital One didn't side with me or even help me. They said if I wanted to continue to dispute the claim I had to go to a different vacuum company (Like Shark or someone) and get them to write a letter saying the two vacuums I received were NOT in fact what I ordered. I can show anyone the pictures and they would know, THERE IS NO DOCKING STATION, ATTACHMENTS, NO WAY TO MOP, and IT'S NOT POWERFUL. What about the 10-year warranty I paid for? Nothing.

With this price and 10 year warranty, I was supposed to receive a Dustbin, HEPA filters, Electric Water Tank, V-shaped Roller Brush, side brush, cleaning brush, and a CHARGING BASE.

All I received was the base model vacuum. It had no filters, water tank, roller brush, side brush or cleaning brush, or charging base.

We went back and forth trying to get the merchant to refund us or let us send the products back and they wouldn't give us the refund or return address. They stated that since it was sent out to us it could not be returned even though there was "a thirty day guarantee" and, I did purchase the 10 year warranty.

I am a very honest person, and even a partial refund (since they sent us the $39.99 vacuum without any attachments or anything) it would have been fine. I am stuck with a bad product and out the money too.
