Facebook ad mimicking an actual company. I bought clothing items using a credit card. They gave me a confirmation email and package tracking number. After a month, tracking said the package was delivered which it wasnt. Contacted customer service via email and they gave computer automated response, and only used "courier" and "customer service team", never used actual name of the company listed on the website. They said "courier" is not likely to ussue a refund, but would send a replacement package if I was willing to sign for it, which I am not.
