Saw an ad on Facebook for Ugg sock boots so I click on the fb profile and find the business that’s selling them plus a lot of other name brand items. So I decide to go through with purchasing the item. When you add what you want to your cart, you click the link so you cash app the total and then put your name in the memo area so they know who’s order is who’s. So I did just that completed my order. On their website it says tracking info is sent out in 3-5 days, when mine wasn’t I tried to email and follow up and got no response. On their website it also says that shipping is 10 business days. I gave them a couple of extra days and reached out to them again with no response. I tried to request a refund on cash app where I sent the money and they declined it
