the scammer was a online saint bernard breeder i texted him about availibility he sent me a application i filled out and sent back a day later he texted me back and said i qualified for a puppy the puppy fee was 750 and there was a 250 dollar shipping fee he to a zelle payment and the next morning sent me the fight details the the delivery company sent me a text message there would be a 1000 dollar refundable fee for the puppy for insurance i paid it the shippers name was primesafetymovers.com they sent me a message that the puppy was in quarinteen because of another sick puppy they had and the would send me new flight information in the morning never came and no one will answer text messages
