I purchased a lunch box for my child for $40 with shipping and after trying to routinely contact them via email or phone I either get bounce back emails or the line has been disconnected.

I ordered a lunch box from caserara.com and was immediately charged. Two weeks later, received an email it was shipped via USPS. Days later, the item still had not been given to USPS. I tried contacting the company from the number and email on their contact page and neither are legitimate.
