I was told it was to pay off high credit card balance, which they knew it was discover, and in return pay that off, send me a new credit card at 0% for 2years- then it goes to 5.99% for life. I think something is wrong. They claimed to be credit card member services. Then said Raps technology.

Im worried, please help me! Their #407-986-5439. And 877-557-9199 !
