Applied for security deposit loan which I thought may be a scam. Emily called me and with reassurance and sincere sounding professional attitude, I fell for her sale. I thought I had done my due diligence, but I was very well fooled. Loan was approved, they used DocuSign to send contract, another item that made it seem legit. I etransfered $750.00 CA. I was told 1 day to receive funds transfer to my account. Now number isn't answered and email not returned. She did reply once on Thursday March 9th to say I assure you that you haven't been scammed and please be patient. Funds by the end of Thursday. I have filed a fraudulent complaint with Canada services site, the RCMP, and York Regional Police.

I feel totally foolish and embarrassed.
