I ordered a sweatshirt on December 10 for a Christmas present. I sent a couple emails inquiring about when the product would shipped and received no response. I finally got an email that the product had been shipped on December 24. At that time I was not given any tracking information. A couple more weeks went by, I sent a couple more emails with no response, and I had still not received the product or any tracking information. I googled their website and found a tracking genie and I was able to enter my order number and my email, it said the product had been delivered to my home on January 13 but it had not been delivered. I have never received my product, I have never received any type of email response from all of the emails that I sent. I paid for the sweatshirt and it was debited from my account all the way back in December when I ordered it. So they’ve taken my money, they have not replied to any emails, they’ve told me my product was delivered and it was not. There is no way to contact them other than an email [email protected]. They are completely unresponsive to this email, there is no contact phone number, and there is no address as to where the product came from. The only thing I was given was an order number and no tracking information ever became available for me to track the product.
