I ordered the ultimate grill on June 11th. I paid for expedited shipping and have not heard anymore from them. The phone number listed is bogus and all email addresses that I have found to reach out for status of the order are also bogus. I am so disappointed and angry that this is a scam!

Paid $99 for the ultimate grill, includes $25 expidite order fee. THank GOD I used PayPal for the purchase. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. Only thing I received was a 2cent brush. NO Answer on phone, no good email. DO NOT USE THESE POS.

I ordered this grill for Father's Day! I haven't anything or seen a grill. I paid 69:99$ plus tax and shipping. I stay in Shreveport Louisiana. 71108. I've called and no answers. I've emailed them at their site. [email protected]. The #1-877-641- 4997. I hate ordering stuff off line now. I don't have money to keep given away and not receiving what I paid for. This fake company needs to be shut down.

Only problem is, this smoker is not theirs and the name on the picture is Louisiana grills. This smoker normally goes for $1495.
