Took over my phone and computer. Needed all information to stop $1,600.00 order from E Bay to address out side of USA

THE person I spoke to said he would give me a refund if I gave him the amount and the invoice number he said we had to fill the form out for a full refund with our e-mail address but the e-mail address was to be given again and the phone number was 1-802-400-2749 very rude felt Americans were killers and very horrible people obscure words were used and then he hung up called the phone number back no such number available
