I purchased this item online. It shipped from supposed China 4/2/2024. Said it was Delivered 4/15/2024 and we were home all day. We checked throughout the day and never saw anything. I have a dog that alerts us when we get things delivered. I contacted them and they said that they would check with the carrier to see if it was delivered. They said it was to the correct address.

Product was purchased through an advertisement on Instagram. Product was a kids play fort. Delivery said the fort was left in mailbox, which is impossible given the size and amount we ordered. When I contacted their service department they began offering me 20% refund, 30% refund on the next attempt, and finally up to 50% refund. All conversations have been through the support email listed. They refused to resend product and or refund money, but continue to offer up to a 50% refund if I fill out the refund paperwork, which I did not.
