Received a cold call from a lady named Delia Fuentes claiming to be from Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union. She left a message stating it was important I returned the call. I called back and surprisingly she answered the line on a Sunday afternoon. No bank to my knowledge is open on a Sunday. I contacted customer service using the number I know is correct and the representative said even he was receiving calls regarding his account. The representative searched the directory and no employee was there by that name. No erroneous charges or suspicious activity could be found.
