I called to cancel a subscription it was suppose to be a refund and they refunded me 2000 and i got a email from my bank saying it was transferred but the amount was suppose to only be 200 so they said i had to get gift cards to pay the rest back. It did not go through to my account and i was emailed by a account that said it was from the bbb that said i had a non active warrent and to resolve it i had to pay back the money to the original refund amount.
