I was looking for an apartment and her husband sent me an email saying he took the house off the realtor site because they hiked up his asking price. We exchanged several emails but never talked in person I filled out a application and faxed it to him. He then wanted me to send him the deposit for the house without giving me the keys he said he is in my working and when I send him the money he will send me the keys I kept refusing to send money without the keys but he would budge he just kept asking me to send money send money
