I was selling a bed and dresser on CraigsList NY. This person contacted me and asked me to write back using text for convenience. I did. They offered me $70 over the price for inconvenience and said they would send a certified check. I unfortunately gave them my name, address and phone number. I then receive a check from United Way in the mail for $2550-

I have reached out to United Way, Bank of America and the FBI.
