I placed an order over 2months ago on a pair of black and chrome revolver platform boots that cost me about 100$ I wasn’t sent a tracking number or anything. It took about a month until I received a package from www.recetasycocinas.com turns out they sent me something completely different. When I emailed them they were trying to tell me that they did send out the correct product, but then realized that they had made a mistake. They refuse to do anything about the situation, they do not want to give me a refund and expect me to reorder the boots while giving me a “30%” discount, telling me that I can trust them and that they’ll 100% send me the correct item this time.
