My husband came across an ad on Facebook for a smart wine decanter, and it seemed like the perfect Christmas gift for our families. After going to the website we decided to go through with the purchase of 2 smart wine decanters.. this purchase was placed on 12/12 and we received an email saying we would receive a tracking number when it was sent. After waiting a week I emailed the company to inquire on the status of our order, they "assured" me we would be receiving a tracking number in the next couple days. Well as you could have guessed I never received anything..I then sent another email and got the same response. I waited another week, and still nothing. I have now sent them 6 different emails, each progressively getting angrier and angrier. I now have given up, and just accepted my money is gone. But maybe my mistake could save someone else from making the same mistake.
