Ordered products online. Paid for the order as requested using a Vanilla Gift card. The order was supposed to ship in 2 - 3 days. Never heard anything about my order being sent. Checked balance on gift card. A variety of things had been charged. Nothing was charged to the company for my order. The support emails are returned as undeliverable.

Found their website and made a purchase that required a gift card to make the purchase. They had a minimum purchase of $100 and used a $200 gift card which was emptied. Should have known better but didn't check them out before doing the transaction.

I figured it our BEFORE ordering but wasted a ton of time looking through their offerings and putting things in my cart, only to get to the payment section and see the Bitcoin/Gift card demand. What a crock of crap.
I don;t see why their web host doesn't pull the plug. Maybe if we made the host of the site liable for losses things would change?

They tell you to use a Vanilla Gift Card to make a purchase on their website. Once you pay, the product is not delivered. They in turn use the money from the Vanilla Gift card to make personal purchases through Amazon.com and eBay. When you call back to inquire about your non-delivery of the product or seek a refund there is no response. But the transaction shows completed on the Vanilla Gift Card.
