Raglis Hand Warmer Scam Reports & Reviews (1)

- Ellicott City, MD, USA

The company advertised a rechargeable hand warmer online that was not the same thing that was delivered to me. I reached out and initially they said they would replace it. The replacement had the same issue a key part of the product (a rechargeable battery) was missing. The website cleverly has pictures of a rechargeable battery pack that zips into the hand warmer. This was the whole point of the product without it, it is worthless. The battery is easily the most expensive part of the product too, it is originally priced on their website for over $70. I asked the company multiple times for a refund and I would mail back both defective products and they refused. After 4 attempts to return the products for a refund with no reply I reported the charge to my credit card. At that point the company reaches out to me but instead of offering for me to return the products for a refund they said they wouldn’t do anything until I drop the dispute and then would refund me half my money. That not only doesn’t seem fair, that doesn’t sound trustworthy. What company would refuse to refund for inadequate products and then demand the person drop their dispute first to only receive half. This is not a company anyone should purchase products from, people should be warned.
