The web site looks legitimate selling popular home decor and holiday decorations. The web site says they are not answering their phone due to covid-19. They claim to have previously been an Ace Hardware. I ordered six large Halloween yard items totaling 190lbs and paid with PayPal. I received no emailed invoice, but the invoice was sent to PayPal. I received no shipped confirmation. Days later I received an email from PayPal they my item was marked as delivered, but it wasn't. Tracking the shipment with FEDEX showed that the shipment was indeed delivered to my town. I called FEDEX to see where it was delivered and they said it was shipped to a different name and address in my same town, but it was only 0.1lbs. This wasn't just a mix up, it was clear malice and intent. This person took the time to find another name and address in my town to ship something very small to them that they probably just through away so it would appear to PayPal to have been delivered to my town, since the tracking information doesn't contain the address. They messed up though because the weight was so far off. I was able to show the shipment weight from FEDEX, and the item weights on the ractae.com website to PayPal and they immediately credited my account. The website has never replied to any of my emails, and their company address is a residence on google maps and the county appraiser's website. Thankfully PayPal offers protection from vendors like this.
