I found them through Facebook marketplace advertisement advertising a fat tire bike for 29.99. I paid for the ebike with my cash app card and I paid for one day shipping. This purchase was made on May 30th, and it is now June 14th. There is no phone number to call, and the tracking website does not work. I have emailed support over and over and I keep getting the runaround. The website has photos of women's sweaters and at the very bottom of the website is the bike. It was odd to me that this website only offered sweaters and then a bike at the end of the page. I do not know what country this website was from, but I thought that Facebook would advertise businesses that were actual businesses or else I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. I have screenshots and emails and photos I can attach or send to you if needed. I am very distraught as I spent my last dime purchasing this bike so that I can get around because I do not have a vehicle and i have been trying to better myself, and now I am a sitting duck once again with no money and I have not received a refund which I have requested and given them plenty of time to do so.
