I got a phone call from unknown num the man couldhardly speak english asked to speak to me had my full name email address & told me that he works for R***. He said they were alerted that someone was downloading personal info of my computer & needed me to log on so he could walk me thru the process to stop them from hacking into my personal info. Continued to tell me the name of the service provider aswell as the ip add.
