Organization contacted family members in order to discover or contact our father. They requested SSN, and included a file number in which they claimed my father was being civilly sued. they would not provide additional information regarding the case. We requested basic information like what the claim was and who the accusers were, and the location and court the claim was filed. After continuous inquiry by us they became irate and would stonewall any additional information. In addition, they would hang up on us and did not have consistent information regarding how long the file was active.
