! ! Do NOT do business with Eddy Johnson (Parkview) and his partner. They did a terrible job on my inside and outside detail cleaning of my car, Thursday. Poor communication, were late and had no desire to rectify the situation either. After texting and messaging repeatedly and sending pictures of all that he did not "detail" he tried to say "Alot of that stuff is permanent damage and was scrubbed multiple times. Especially the plastics, seats and carpets." As you can see in these pictures that is the furthest from the truth. They did not touch my windows, said they would shampoo any stains and the carpets were not wet, my tires had brake dust all over them, bugs still stuck to the front of my vehicle, they vacuumed and gave it a quick wipe down AT BEST... I have four kids and my car was very dirty but this is unacceptable and definitely not scrubbed or permanent damage. Absolutely disgusting how they did their business. This left such a bad taste in my mouth to do business with other small businesses. Please do not give them any money for any business they try to do with you. I have so many more pictures upon request.

After talking with multiple other people they have had the same experience. They are Robert (now Eddy Johnson) and Lexi Vigil, R&L detailing, and Above and Beyond Detailing.

In early June 2023, I purchased a discounted gift card from R&L Auto Detailing as part of a father's day promotion they were promoting on the NextDoor platform. After efforts to schedule an appointment, the appointment was cancelled due to running over with earlier clients. I was offered a reimbursement for the money I spent, but then was ghosted by R&L even though repeated phone calls, texts and emails were made. I solicited help from the Boulder County's District Attorney Consumer Protection office and was provided guidance to rile a local police report. Because this business operates as a mobile business without an established business address the Longmont police were limited in their ability to address. Other local police departments have also been contacted as this incident has been repeated at least two dozen times across Boulder & Weld counties.
