Received application to process insurance packages for the company and fill out questionaire of package condition and contents. There was a 3 month probationary period which at the end I was to be paid. I processed about 5 packages during probationary period and never got paid. I tried calling and emailing but I have received no response.

I was contacted first by Marcia Fullard and then Roberta Luciani whom would be the main person I was in contact with. They claimed to have found me through the unemployment websites job board, as I'm currently unemployed and has been difficult now more than ever. I was immediately interested in the position. I have all emails I received and sent from this Roberta person. I was told I would be receiving $1900 the first month then $3350. I received 7 PACKAGES in which i inspected, repackaged and shipped. I have all the tracking info. 3 packages were picked up by UPS for the wrong address that's when I figured out what they were doing. 2 packages were sent back to the shipper. Email contact with Roberta were slowly being unanswered and I was being ignored when I would ask her specific questions. I was supposed to be paid May 3 and I didn't receive anything in my bank. I purchased $200 worth of packaging material, I bought a printer and wasted mileage as I was also told I would be reimbursed for everything. They have my account number, social security, ID info, home address. I don't know what to do for my situation. This is an absolute fraudulent insurance company claiming to be an insurance company that stops "fraudulent parcels" the irony. They are based out from Delaware and need to be sent to prison! Please contact me for further info. I would like to fax in everything for evidence against them.

They are a scam. Couldn't find much on them because they recently rebranded. Here is what the bbb had on them.

Regardless a small claims case should straighten this out. I'm filing my suit today. Periodic updates. Stay tuned.

I literally just finished my probation period and am still waiting to receive payment. I started 2/2/2020 - 3/2/2020. I sent notices to demand payment last night and today. If no reply by the end of the business day in taking my evidence to small claims. I delivered all my packages on time and kept all receipts. I'll keep you guys posted

I also just finished my probation period, Roberta said I would be getting paid on March 12. I demanded being payed and magically they all stopped replying to my emails. I have record of all packages and emails sent back and forth. If you need additional information I would be glad to help you out. This is ridiculous.

I filled out an application for work from home jobs since I can not work due to illness. I got an email for Heidi Perkins who online interviewed me. She told me about the position and put me in touch with the Senior Manager Robert Luciani. She sent me the job description, application, direct deposit information, and internship requirements. Said I would be paid after the 2/28/2020. I have not received payment. I contacted both Roberta and Heidi with no response. Company disappeared. I still have all emails and letters sent to me from both Roberta and Heidi.

I was offered a job by email . It all seemed pretty legit to me I guess because there were no fees or anything as such to get started , so I thought why not ? I received an email with An Application, A Trial Contract , & An Adress To Receive My Check (Which All Documents I Had to Print) then fill out and send them to my "Manager" through email as well with one page containing my Identification Card , Nothing else. The tactics I beleive they are using is promising a sum of $1,900 as a payment after a "probationary period/training" of 4 weeks. Then after you get through with that they promise you $3,500 as a monthly base salary to check packages for "damages" give descriptions of the products ,and send them back out .

I received the same offer. So, is this a scam. Should I report them?
